1/ The booking will be reserved on receipt of the Deposit, this being 30% of the total.

2/ The booking will be confirmed on full payment of the balance.

3/ Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If payment is not received 
   by the due date the booking will be taken to have been cancelled and the deposit forfeit.

4/ In all cases of cancellation the deposit will be forfeit in full.

5/ In the event of cancellation the following scale of fees will apply

	     Cancellation over 6 weeks                 Deposit
                    	within 6 weeks                 60%
                    	within 4 weeks                 80%
                   	within 2 weeks                 100%



6/ All Travel and Personal Insurance is the responsibility of the client.

7/ Travel is the total responsibility  of the client.

8/ Tax de sejour of approximately .75 euro per person per day is payable in resort.

9/ Specific dietary requirements should be notified at the time of booking as in some cases 
   it may not be possible to accommodate these.

10/ Departure day. Guests checkout before 10.00am. If you decide to ski we can store suitcases but
    chalet facilities will not be available after that time.

11/ If the Chalet is let on a Self-catered basis a cash deposit of 400 euros is payable on arrival to cover any 
    costs in the event of damage caused to the Chalet or its contents by the guest.Any major damage must be paid for in full.
    If there are no problems the cash deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period. 

12/ When let on a Self-Catered basis linen is not included but may be supplied at an additional charge.
    The Chalet must also be left clean and tidy,should this not be the case we reserve the right to retain 100 euros from the 
    deposit to cover cleaning costs.

13/ There is a no smoking policy in Chalet Virage
                    
   

Transfers from Geneva Airport may be arranged at an additional cost and subject to 
   availability, please  contact us for details.
